6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated. Delivery times vary by location. Oy Martin Kantola Consulting Ltd. (Nordic Audio Labs) is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt in original condition. To start a return, contact us at info@nordicaudiolabs.com. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Note: Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
8. Warranty & Repairs
Our microphones are covered by a 10 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. To request a repair, contact our support team.
