The concept is doing this in bursts, a week in a given location/city, and to have bookable time slots. One morning slot, one afternoon slot for each day, and for you guys to book yourselves in.

Then Erik comes to your studio, with an acoustic guitar and some Nordic Audio Labs mics and you get to record him (or whoever else you have there) for a couple of hours or so with them to give you a sense of how they behave in your familiar work environment.
